Chris was born in Ohio and has lived in Florida for the past 36 years, many of those years down in Key West! 

 

In May 2024, Chris was recognized and awarded for being 2023

#34 of Century 21 Agents

In The Entire State Of Florida!!

There are 6000+ Century 21 agents in the state of Florida. Now that is one HUGE accomplishment!

Chris is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager. He is also a successful realtor, considered an expert in Madeira Beach condo sales and has been featured on the HGTV show "House Hunters"! WAY TO GO!

He is an avid bicyclist and does many charity rides, such as the 72 Hours To Key West and the Smart Ride. 

 

Chris owns Local Island Tours, and is proudly a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain! He enjoys providing fun sunset and dolphin cruises on his 28' tri-toon through our calm Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico...and also down the Homosassa River to swim in the spring!
