Waterfront 3 bedroom 2 bath, ground floor unit! Gorgeous and loved by all of our guests! Living room has a large 65" Samsung Smart TV. Master bedroom overlooks the water and has a king-sized bed with a 55" LG TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a tv. Fully stocked kitchen. Located just across from one of two pools in the complex. The large enclosed porch overlooking the water has a TV and there is a grill outside for the condo. Perfect for families with over 1300 total square feet! Sleeps 6 comfortably; 8 can sleep with pull-out sleeper couch with $25 per person per day extra after 6 guests.

Chris was born in Ohio and has lived in Florida for the past 35 years, many of those years down in Key West! 

 

Chris is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager. He is also a successful realtor, considered an expert in Madeira Beach condo sales and has been featured on the HGTV show "House Hunters"! WAY TO GO!

He is an avid bicyclist and does many charity rides, such as the 72 Hours To Key West and the Smart Ride. 

 

Chris owns Local Island Tours, and is proudly a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain! He enjoys providing fun sunset and dolphin cruises on his 28' tri-toon through our calm Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico! Book your private cruise as part of your vacation!
