A Florida native, born in Tampa;
a world traveler to many places with Australia, New Zealand, Lizard Island, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Singapore and Taiwan being a few of her top favorites!

She was proudly raised along the gorgeous west coast Florida beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and also lived in the Florida Keys. Missy loves the beach, sea turtles, collecting sea glass, boating, antique cars, paddle boarding, and has a miniature horse farm!

Feeling the coquinas tickle her toes as the sand shifts when the waves come to shore is her favorite!
Look for Missy around the complex as she is usually close by and always happy to help out or just say hi! She also loves being GREEN! She owns the condos Beachy Blues and Conched Out (pronounced like konked)!
Careful thought has been given in the comfort and needs of her guests and she provides a relaxing home feel in each of the well stocked condos for the ease of her guest's vacation!

Great Get Away Location
Parking right in front of gated unit which was right there pool side and gym. Great layout of property, beyond clean, easy contact texting, the place is so close to walk to beach, bars, and restaurants. Highly recommend this property and can't wait to return. Thank you Missy!

Great location and condo
Nice spacious condo that’s an easy walking distance to about everything you need (beach, groceries, bars, playground, food). Entire processes was smooth. Recommended without hesitation.

This place is perfect!
From the minute you walk in the door you can see how beautifully decorated, and immaculate this place is. The open kitchen, living and dining area made this a perfect set up for entertaining. You will find everything you need to fix a meal, from pots and pans, to beautiful dishes and glassware. Upstairs there are two nice sized bedrooms, and a bathroom. The bedding and towels were of high quality. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was super convenient. The condo is right next to pool. Makes it easy to grab a few select chairs in the morning for a day in the sun! The complex is located across the street from the beach, 3 minutes from a Winn Dixie grocery store, and among many restaurants. Everything about this place is perfect, from the attractive decor, the set up, and even the location. PS: My partner loved the huge 65" TV in the living room!

A Spectacular Winter Retreat!
What a Spectacular Winter Retreat! We loved everything about this place; it far exceeded our initial expectations!! This condo was beautifully decorated, pleasantly spacious, and freshly & spotlessly clean upon our arrival. All of the conveniences of home were present, including big-screen TVs, washing machine & dryer, and complete kitchen supplies and cookware. The location of the condo was just perfect! Everything that we needed was in walking distance (i.e. the beautiful Madeira Beach, Winn Dixie grocery store, CVS pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants, bars, R.O.C. Park, etc.). Eliminating the need to drive daily in busy city traffic was a definite plus for us rural dwellers. This also allowed for more time to read a good book in the sun on the condo’s very comfortable screen-in porch, watch the dolphins swim in the inter-coastal waterway, or photograph the fascinating pelicans perching right beside you on the dock. Being in a safe and secure gated community was another definite advantage. Not only did it alleviate any fears for our personal safety, but it also allowed us the opportunity to take advantage of the terrific amenities offered by the yacht club (e.g. 2 heated pools, exercise room, recreation room & hot tub). Its nearness to other large cities, however, allowed us to experience a number of cultural, educational, and entertaining activities, such as the Dali and Holocaust Museums in St. Petersburg and Busch Gardens, the Lowry Zoo and Tampa Aquarium in the city of Tampa. Another positive aspect of our rental experience was the very gracious hospitality extended by the owners, Chris and Missy. Both of these wonderful people went out of their way to ensure that our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them! If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation location, this condo is for you!! 😎

Beautiful Vacation Condo
This beautiful condo is sparkling clean, extremely comfortable, and conveniently located. Chris and Missy were very accommodating, easy to work with and had the condo well-stocked with everything we could have needed. Conveniently located near the beach (about a 5 minute walk) and very close to some great restaurants. My husband and kids enjoyed fishing from the dock outside of the condo and even saw a couple of dolphins in the bay there. The unit has 3 televisions and very comfortable beds, so we had relaxing evenings after spending our days at the beach and sightseeing. We hope to return in the future!

Really nice place to stay
The property was perfect for our family of 5. It was extremely nice and was exactly as advertised. The owners chris and missy were close by if you needed anything and checked on us a couple times but also just let us enjoy our vacation. We would definitely rent from them again as it was a great experience.
