Looking to buy or sell? 

Chris Remmert has more transactions in MBYCC than most! He is very knowledgable and very experienced in foreign investment FIRPTA transactions.

Need a little assurance that your MBYC condo is all safe and sound while you are away? Chris will go in twice a month to check on your condo.

Provide a copy of your guest's photo ID to MBYC office before arrival date. We will pick the pass up and have it waiting inside of your condo for you and your guest's convenience!

We handle all aspects of your MBYC vacation rental from booking, cleaning, guest correspondence, & greeting guests! Our charge is15%, plus cleaning, application, restocking fees per booking.

We will list your rental condo on Miss Sea Green Vacations with your VRBO Property Number link. Guidebook with useful links for guests!

Just need a little extra special welcoming and ease for your guest's check-in? We will go over MBYC community details and answer questions your guests may have. Certain hours.

Initial set up of your vacation condo property listing for either the property owner to manage solely or for us to manage for you to start booking guests!

Our cleaning crew will have your MBYC condo all clean & ready for your next guest! 2 weeks advance notice required. Pricing starts at $150; $10 extra for each load of laundry.

Your MBYC vacation condo can be stocked before the next guest arrives! We will provide several price list packages of the essentials you need.
